What Is Included With Each Vendor Table

Each vendor table rental includes two chairs and two badges for staff members, allowing access during setup, the show, and breakdown. Additional badges can be requested before the event.

Tables are arranged in rows to maximize visibility and visitor flow. Outdoor spaces are also available for vendors with items suited to open-air settings, maintaining a professional and orderly layout.

Vendor Setup and Arrival

Vendor setup typically begins on Friday afternoon at 1pm. This schedule gives sellers enough time to arrange merchandise, secure displays and organise payment systems well before the first visitors arrive on Saturday. Additional setup time is available early on Saturday morning at 7am for vendors who cannot arrive on Friday. Staff members are present throughout setup to assist with questions, confirm table assignments and guide new vendors through the process. Many exhibitors appreciate the familiarity of this routine, especially those who attend multiple shows during the year.

The setup process is designed to be clear and predictable. Vendors follow posted signs to the correct entrance, check in with staff, receive their badges and move their inventory inside. Dollies and carts are recommended for heavier items. Once inside, vendors can take their time preparing their booths. The company encourages a neat and well presented display since a clean layout helps attract visitors and encourages them to browse longer.

Table Pricing and Reservations

Table pricing varies by location and is updated as needed. Vendors can view the most current table rates and reservation details in the dedicated vendor information section of the show dates page. Pricing is kept simple and consistent so sellers can plan their expenses in advance. Many vendors reserve tables months ahead of time so they can secure preferred placement at their chosen locations. During each show, staff members check with vendors to see whether they wish to reserve tables for the next scheduled weekend at that venue. This early reservation process helps established exhibitors secure their regular spots. If a vendor can't make the show and has to cancel, a 50% table charge can be collected at the following show to reserve their same spot back. We must be notified that the vendor wants to do this at the time of cancelation. Remaining tables are released to the public on a first come first served basis through the office phone the following Tuesday after the show. Vendors who are new to the shows are encouraged to call early since table availability can change quickly.

Safety Requirements and Rules for Vendors

All firearms that are to be displayed on tables require a zip tie for security, with additional alarms recommended for high-value items. Furthermore, vendors should also bring a cover for their tables for afterhours.

We have zip tie packs of 100 available for purchase at $5 if needed. You will not be permitted to open your booth until compliance is reached.

All sales must comply with local, county, state, and federal laws. Licensed dealers must conduct background checks, while private sellers should follow private sale regulations. Staff and experienced vendors assist new exhibitors with compliance.

Vendors offer a broad selection including pistols, rifles, shotguns, collectible firearms, and military surplus items from reputable manufacturers.

Additional products include factory and custom knives, sharpening tools, swords, optics, magazines, holsters, reloading supplies, hunting gear, gun safes, concealment products, range bags, cleaning kits, and personal safety items like pepper spray and stun devices.
